Yeah, I know about those. And naturally I've eaten them.

All they do for me is get me started on a carb kick: they trigger me, and then I go on to more calorie-laden, satisfactory carb hits.

They're like eating unsatisfactory air and they leave me wanting more.

Now, the SF Dove chocolate creme candies you once blogged about are staples for me when I want a sweet carb. So are the Reese's SF peanut butter cups, which are very convincing.

But man, I do love bread products.

WAIT! I just reread your original post. Are you saying these are advertised on Fitday??????

OMG, how perverse.

I must be tuning it out because I've been using Fitday for the past week and a half and I haven't seen them.

Jesus.

mm

UGH.

I have LAP BAND ADS on my The Daily Plate tracker. What are they tryin' to sell me?!

*S*

I haven't noticed those kinds of ads on Fitday at all. I'll keep my eyes open. How creepy!

Sarah, etc.

Just what the hell?!

Hey - I'm so glad to see you back. I've been hoping you were okay!

Ugh... Fitday.... I should get back on it myself.

Hope your trip to England goes great!
